Ego Trip was intended to be the last song on the album, but when I popped this one out in January 2011, it seemed like a nice coda to the thing. I could barely talk when I did the vocal, but, for a change, I kind of liked the mildly shaky quality of it, especially given the subject of the song: getting old.
